SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED .....
One must beckon the question, who could infringe upon this right? Why did our Founding Fathers add this statement at the end of the 2nd Amendment.
Because it is in place to protect the American citizens from out of control government. On the state level and ESPECIALLY on the Federal level.
