does anyone have any opinions about weight watchers? good or bad please comment

they've changed the point counts to allow for more free consumption of fruits and vegetables and discourage eating lettuce and saving all your points for chocolate. the program has evolved quite a bit since its inception, and i, for one, really like where it is now. i think you can use it to structure how much you eat and also use the primal blueprint to help you decide what to spend your points on.

I just want to make sure that it is worth the money. and I will have to do the online program because of school and life in general.

i highly rec. online over meetings. i think, long term, its actually cheaper to do online.
